I am a patient and understanding person. I know things go wrong sometimes. But staff chit-chat and arguing gets tedious. So I finally get my Big Breakfast and the scrambled eggs are soggy with water. And... I get a bonus hair right on top. So yeah, I am done with this. I hope your experience is better, but don't expect much.
