  Highly don't recommend I ordered the number 9 with a large coke and 10 piece chicken and 1 mc chicken they Got my order wrong and had to remake after waiting for 15mins they gave me my order but never gave me my drink I waited for 10+ mins for my drink never received

  Bathroom always clean. Tables always clean and management almost made me cry and give hugs. Apparently a young lady employee was having a challenging morning and the manager and her came to the dining room and talk it out. I could not hear much but I thought management both encouraged, supported and respected the employee and it was so refreshing to know that there are still people in the workplace with a kind heart. Salute to the day shift managers and employees at this location

  This McDonald’s (10042 Sliding Hill Rd, Ashland, VA) has become really unreliable. I’ve filed two customer service claims (34461951 and 34531140) and got nowhere. Case 34461951 was closed without anyone contacting me, and while I eventually heard from Natalie Farabee, the Operations Supervisor for this location, nothing actually changed. The problems happen at any time of day — long waits, cold food, and unprofessional service. Friends and family in the area deal with the same issues, so it’s clearly not just me. They constantly tell you to “pull to the white line” or into curbside for simple orders, which just makes things slower and your food colder. Service can also feel completely different depending on who’s working, giving the place an uncomfortable “sundown” vibe. In a separate claim, Natalie even used the phrase “making their service great again,” which felt totally inappropriate and like personal politics were creeping into customer service. No one should have to waste 20 minutes just to get cold food. Fast food is supposed to be quick and simple..... this place fails at that. They need real accountability and to actually fix how they run this location.

  This is hands down the WORST McDonalds in the area, and probably the worst I’ve ever been to. I work near by and try to get breakfast here a lot and get treated with the same disrespect and rude behavior from all employees. This morning I ordered a pie and 2 hash browns and it took them 23 minutes!!! I went up a couple times to ask about it and I just got ignored or given smart remarks. One of the female employees told me “you need to be patient, we are working” and “the pies take 15 minutes to bake”. I then asked if it takes 15 minutes why am I still waiting 8 more minutes than the time it takes to make the item they were waiting on. I had a similar experience last week waiting 26 minutes for a hash brown and a breakfast sandwich. I got no explanation that time so not sure why it took so long but I was met with the same rude attitude by the employees. I have dealt with this issue time and time again and it’s gotten to the point where I will be going out of my way to go to a different location, because the employees here do not care for the customer experience at all!

  The drive thru is ALWAYS a quagmire!! Why offer drive thru to have the customer park & send employees walking to hand deliver the order to the parking lot? They’re inefficient every single visit!!! McDonalds is not fast food here!
