My friend wanted to take out a strawberry croissant, and instead of kindly explaining that it was self-service, she said it with a bad attitude. After we paid, she told us to grab the item from the side, but there was no take-out bag provided to carry it. While I was placing our order, her attitude made it feel like she didn’t even want us to order. It was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be coming back again.
