Whether I order in person, through the app, or delivery service, there's has almost always been an issue with the food - items pre-ordered online are often out of stick and you're not notified until you drive there for pick up, items overcooked and hard to bite, missing items from orders, and just completely incorrect orders. They're often understaffed too, so it's difficult to get a staffers attention to correct an issue, and when you do, it's often after a long wait. Today I ordered an iced tea lemonade and recieved just a lemonade, no iced tea.
