I tried to let him know that his store had the wrong DoorDash instructions and it was trying to tell the Dasher to go inside the store, even though they were closed. He got extremely upset and rude and winded about how he can’t do anything about it. All I needed was for him to make a note for the manager so they could fix it for future Dashers.

Fries were cold and the staff were just visiting while I sat in the drive thru (no one but me in line) - me just waiting. I guess this is why I prefer the other McDonald's.
