  They are NEVER consistent. Some times the pizza is surprisingly good, but most times its poorly made. Dry, lacking cheese (even when ordering extra). The 2md pizza we ordered looks like like a soup. Its a big blob leaking in sauce. Tried to call but nobody answered.

  There is a manager there that speaks to his employees very rude im picking up DoorDash and the whole time I’m waiting he’s yelling at the guy making the pizza when he wasn’t even wrong about the order I was so sad it was absolute abuse it was the bigger guy that worked all day Jan 4th This is not okay please speak to him about how he needs to treat others this should not be in a work environment

  Very disappointed tonight I actually stopped ordering from Pizza Hut for a few years because I felt like their service had gone downhill. Decided to give it a try tonight and ordered a pizza for my son and I. The toppings were wrong on his… super inconvenient. We decided to go ahead and go out and eat instead, but we’re disappointed that we waited 30 minutes for pizza only for our order to be wrong. When I called Pizza Hut to ask for a refund, it was a young female manager (couldn’t be older than 18) very snappy with me told me she would give me five dollars! I told her that’s unacceptable. I paid for a delivery And ordered pizza for my son and I to eat together and now we have to leave and go eat somewhere else. She hung up on me! It’s so sad how customer service is these days. Thanks Pizza Hut! :(

  I’m not certain why you quote your customers for certain pickup times when point actually behind. Communicating accurate pickup times would be appreciated. It’s over twenty minutes past my pick up time and my order is getting cold as it’s not in a warmer while waiting on another part of the deal to be made. This is ridiculous!

  Ordered through Pizza Hut app. They didn't give us our breadsticks. We asked them to bring them to us. When 2nd driver arrived, he wanted me to pay him. We had already paid for this food that pizza hut forgot! So instead of them giving us our food, they took it back because we wouldn't pay again. They suggested we pay for it and then get a reimbursement from Doordash. Are you serious. We asked them for a full refund since our food has been sitting for almost an hour.
