- JJJack Jenson2 days ago1.0I have problems at this location every single time I go after today I vow to never go to this location again I would travel 50 plus miles just to not go to this McDonald's the manager Amari is rude and unhelpful and when you bring a problem to her attention she just dismisses you and ignores you until you leave I hope someone sees this from higher up and fires her not to mention my order is always wrong and cold most times McDonald's you should be so embarrassed I don't know how this location is still open literally all I wanted was the food that I paid for I showed my confirmation email from ordering online I showed my order number from the online app and I showed them the email confirming that the money had come off of my card still I left starving with no food because they refuse to serve me and fix my issue all I wanted was my food now I have to go back to work hungry and starve all day because Amari can't get it together Edit the link you posted does not load says there us an error great cover up McDonald's embarrassing as hell
- JJJack Jenson2 days ago1.0I ordered online from this McDonald's today and when I got there the manager said that she had not received the order the manager Amari after being shown my confirmation email my confirmation number on the app and the email from my card being charged still refuse to give me my food refuse to give me corporate's number and refused to serve me farther this is not the first problem I've had with Amari she has told me before that she has no control over what food goes out of her kitchen because they do not make the food there which they obviously do the McDonald's corporation are thieves I hope it was worth it Amari poorpor customer service this is so embarrassing please take your service elsewhere any other McDonald's just not this one

It didn’t work, I went to the counter they looked at me & ignored me then a man came in and they took his order but wouldn’t take mines. At this point I would NEVER go back or trust it. They might do something to my food and the place was disgustingly nasty / food all on the floor walked and stepped on. That’s what you get for hiring kids. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone EVERRRR!!!! This was at the Westhaven, Utah right across from the Pilot. I ate very well and had exceptional service at the Dennys with great customer service and people who actually noticed me and served me . Someone needs to call the health inspector on that place for being so damn Nasty, just trifling. Can’t speak on the food because I was NEVER serviced. Totally ignored. I found the inspection report, a lot of critical violations
