Its really sad we have a Wendy's in Syracuse and it never has good service. I have come here several times and not said anything and either something is missing in my order or this time we barely got fries. This place they turn off their light early they, are always say they can only take cash. This Wendy's is ridiculous. Its a waste of space.

The food takes forever to get out and there’s frequent mistakes, the soda fountain sodas are actually vile. They’re mostly carbonated water, and it’s notably worse than other locations. The employees are kinda rude, but that’s understandable in the industry at this point. That being said, when coming at any other time, this place is alright.

- ADadam davisOct 24, 20251.0We were going through the drive through and we ordered 7 items off the menu. we got to the window and they refused to give us our 7 drinks until looking at the receipt about 15 times. they then gave us the drink after about 10 minutes of waiting. they finally gave us our food to mess up our order and give us wrong food and hair on one of the burgers.
