Our visit to Outback felt like something straight out of a Seinfeld episode. We made a reservation for thirty a few weeks in advance, confirmed it again a few days before, and even checked in three hours prior. Everything seemed set… until we arrived. Despite all the confirmations, the place was nearly full. They had the reservation — they just didn’t “hold the reservation”… Fortunately, after a few quick calls, we landed at LongHorn about 15 minutes later and the night turned out great.

Pretty sad, should have gotten pictures but was too upset to even bother at the time. It's been 4 yrs since we been here and thought it would be ok to try it again since we seen 3 courses starting at $14.99. turns out that wasn't the case, it actually starts out at $18.99. soup or salad, entree and then cheese cake. I always loved French onion soup (even though that would additional $3.99) for my entree I ordered the chicken sandwich with a baked potato. Well after waiting 20/25 mins we were told there is no more French onion soup so I went with the baked potato soup. Then another 10 mins went by and was informed there was no baked potatos so I had to go with French fries with my sandwich. While waiting besides having disappointment after disappointment we weren't offered bread til waiting for our food and then while waiting long wasnt offered anymore bread or even refills on our drinks. We ordered soup and even 40 mins into waiting still haven't gotten anything, no refills or soups or bread. And the table next to us that came in after us, got their food before we did. This is beyond ridiculous. And it can't be that hard to get soups. We were then informed that the soup had to be made because they ran out...... My husband and I are blown away by how we felt dismissed and pretty much ignored and kept getting told "oh sorry, we're out"....I thought about just walking out here. This is my biggest and longest complaint in one sitting. Worst service we've ever experienced. And I will go to the BBB and other reviews. We will NOT return.

Went down to St. George from Utah County for my grandsons baseball tournament stopped in for dinner Saturday night was by far one of the worst meals I’ve had in years Jake the server was awesome apologized over and over for how bad the kitchen was. We had a party of eight people and the consensus from all eight was they will not be going back there ever again.

Had a great time here. We were seated within 2 minutes on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was full but not busy. Our sever was extremely nice and helpful with the menu while not being overbearing or annoying. The bloomin onion is always the main highlight at outback and this one did not disappoint. The Caesar salad was average, probably the worst thing we had, but not bad by any means. Steaks were cooked quite well to the temperature we ordered which was medium rare. Very well seasoned and overall good. I enjoyed the baked potatoes and my partner enjoyed the mashed potatoes. I felt like we got more than our money’s worth and would definitely return.

The service was good and our server was nice. We ordered the blooming onion which is always a delicious option. I ordered a steak with 2 sides. My sides I chose were the loaded baked potato and the steakhouse Mac and cheese. Both were fantastic. My first time trying the Mac and cheese and my 2 year old daughter loved it. It had great flavor. My steak was cooking perfectly to my like. My only complaint was my steak was pretty tough, it was that tender which was a bummer.
