    The Italian Waffini™ with the basil sauce is delicious. Been there a few times and everything I try and get is delicious. Outstanding service, outstanding food and prices are decently priced.

    We came to Bruges on a Saturday morning and they were decently busy but no like out of the door. Overall the customer service wasn’t great. The food itself was pretty good. Nothing memorable and extremely overpriced for what you get. We got the chicken and waffles which doesn’t come with an extra side of syrup for some reason, and when you ask for one they make it seem like the end of the world, and we got the waffle monster which had a lot of good flavor. Overall I don’t think this is one where we’d come back very often. Definitely worth trying once.

    It was yummy!! Came in on a very quiet night around 7pm. Overpriced for the small portion, but very yummy. Their fries are the best part, perfectly cooked and homemade. The aioli is yummy too. However my partner and I did end up getting food poisoning from them (the only meal we shared that day) and that was a negative experience. Mine hit very fast, and their’s about 24 hours later. Probably won’t go back because of it but initially a very positive experience! We got the Italian sandwich and the apple waffles. The waffles weren’t super warm and the aioli felt room temperature which was slightly off putting for an end of the night meal but we didn’t think much. The staff was polite and tables were clean.

    They live stream making waffles on tiktok. Which im all for! However when a customer comes in and asks a question, do you mute them and kick them out of your store?? No? Welll that's exactly what your mod did. So because of her disrespect you guys lost a customer. I wont support a business that has rude, disrespectful people working for them.
