I could tell from the voice that there was frustration inside the store. But in my conversation with the young lady inside I never felt in any way the her frustration was directed toward me. She did a marvelous job staying calm and pleasant. Unfortunately I had to depart and drop off my son to his appointment. After dropping him off I returned. Knowing the situation I went inside the store this time. The young man that helped me was visibly flustered, but never once expressed anything but kindness toward me. He took a photo of my order in my app. He left, got my food per my online order. He was very kind and apologetic. Thank you, Salem McDonalds. Stressful situations aren't always understood by your customers. But your employees made your store shine today.
