First, my drink was made incorrectly, and then both of our plates were far spicier than usual — to the point that we couldn’t even eat them. We mentioned this to our server, who confirmed that the green sauce was indeed “spicier than usual,” but instead of replacing our meals or offering a refund, we were given a dessert instead. We had already planned to enjoy the birthday dessert special, so being offered a larger portion wasn’t really a solution. We came to enjoy a meal, but left unsatisfied. I wish the issue had been addressed properly by either remaking or refunding the food portion. I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences. Thanks for making the 1 hour drive we usually make one we won’t make anymore.
