The BEST poke around! I love it when we get to eat here. Fresh fish and reasonable portions (not the shinkflation that is pervasive at other poke shops.)
Read my past reviews and you can see I am picky about raw fish and have eaten at many sushi restaurants and poke shops, so you can trust I know fish.
Oh no, after writing this, now I am craving some poke! Good thing I know where I can get some savage fish for lunch!

Really good poke!! Rice was cooked perfectly and fish was fresh. I used to work at a Poké restaurant and this is top notch. Jay was super helpful and friendly!

Love the staff like family. These guys are awesome. The food is amazing too! Providing a tropical experience, smack dab in the middle of Utah. So good!

My wife’s been eating here for years I might as well leave this review. I don’t like fish but she loves it and she’s super picky about poke so I’ll just say they must be doing something right. The look she gets when she takes a bite is like me when I’m eating In N Out. Probably worth it to come try it if you like poke or want to try it. Just sayin’

Please do not go here. When I visited, the fish was clearly out of date and you could tell immediately by the smell alone, yet it was still being used. I genuinely wanted to like this place, but none of the pictures online do it justice, and not in a good way.
When I asked for rice, they pulled out a pre packaged microwave rice you can buy at Walmart and heated it for two minutes before dumping it into the same bowl as the cold poke. The quality and preparation were alarming, and the entire experience felt misleading.
To make matters worse, the price of a small bowl here is what every other poke spot charges for a large bowl. For what you are paying, the quality and portion size are completely unjustifiable.
The staff was extremely uninviting. For it being New Year’s Day, I expected at least some energy or appreciation for having a customer, but everyone seemed gloomy and distraught. It honestly felt like they were unhappy to be there, which might be understandable if they had tried their own food.
This is not a real poke spot by any standard. I left hungry, frustrated, and genuinely concerned about the safety of what I was served.
