As I was waiting in the drive-through, I saw an employee smoking right outside the entrance — not even 5 feet away. The law clearly states you must be at least 25 feet away from any entrance, exit, drive-thru window, or air intake under the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act. This isn’t just inconsiderate, it’s illegal and unsanitary. Customers shouldn’t have to walk through cigarette smoke to get food. Management seriously needs to address this.
