  I appreciate the horrible experience we had here as its a great reminder to not support disgusting companies like McDonald's. First, the employee handing out food was so mean. He was yelling at people who were picking up orders, treating them like scum of the earth. This shouldve been the red flag in which we left and went elsewhere. It took over 20 minutes to get icecream cones and a mcflurry... I suspect it is because they have a very limited staff on hand to cut costs and increase profits. Despicable. Lastly, they really cut corners to save profits. The mcflurry was 2/3 plain icecream and only 1/3 vanilla/oreo mix. At that point, you might as well buy a cone! We put add ins to the mcflurry and they gave a dime size of caramel for an upcharge. Pathetic--what a waste and joke of an experience and company. Savd your body from unnecessary junk food and damage--eat at home. Even avoid icecream from here as the corporate greed is extremely apparent in quality, experience, and sizes....

  An older gentleman went to the front to order, not knowing how to use the kiosk, and the staff sent him away in a rude tone. My buddy and I ended up helping this gentleman and there was not another word from the staff. extremely slow drive through and lobby, they had no reason to not help this man.

  If this location doesn't have the staff then it should drastically reduce hours. Something is forgotten every single time and the wait is typically 15+ minutes. The worst part is they don't even communicate. They don't explain that they're short staffed or anything, they do not acknowledge how long you've been sitting there, and how are things missed anyway when they're waiting so long for your food? The owners really need to evaluate this location because it is awful. I've never reviewed a McDonalds before because, well, it's McDonalds. But this one is in a category all its own.

  Was waiting on my order and was unimpressed to witness what seemed like the manager berate a Hispanic gentleman for not speaking English well while making his order. He called a friend to try and translate the order but the manager grew increasingly impatient. When my order was ready he called my number and threw it on the counter and continued to stare at the poor customer while the customer tried to communicate his order. Very bad service to both of us.
