She advised us that she was not able to take her orders at the register due to being on the drive-thru window. And not very nicely pointed at the kiosk and told us that's where we needed to order from. A younger gentleman was trying to get information from her and had to call her several times to get help to get our receipt as the machine did not print receipts. While waiting I saw an older lady who clearly weren't there and as she went behind the counter the manager, Brandy, told her that she needed to go to the bathroom before she clocked in and that it was not on her time to go to the restroom as soon as she arrived at work. I feel this is super unprofessional and you can't deem on someone needs to use the restroom or not. There were multiple flies in the temperature was not that great inside the store. There was trash on the floor but I will say this to food was made to order and everything was fresh for my client. I was just very displeased with the attitude of whom was supposed to be the manager and how she act didn't talk to other employees and guest.
