  I had a really horrible experience at McDonald's that made me not want to ever return here or support them again — including the Ronald McDonald's charities. I came in to fix an order that was suppose to have two 10 piece chicken nuggets and 2 large fries in a code i redeemed, the lady said show me the receipt and i showed her my receipt and she immediately said she couldn't fix my order. She went to back and started speaking about me in Spanish I have the whole thing one video. Then she said I had no permission to record her and that she wouldnt be fixing my order , lil did she know I spoke fluent Spanish she disrespected me in Spanish, the Hispanic gangster with the vest that works with her also said threating things as I walked out of the store with my 4 year old in the car waiting for me. I will be coming in tomorrow morning to personally tell the day shift or store owner over this matter and will be uploading the video on social media so everyone can see how they treated me over 10 nuggets I paid for. if mcdonalds employees can threaten customer as they are leaving the store, then ill be taking my daughter and my business elsewhere. Everything was recorded and will be on social media

  Thank you for having a play area for restless children! They love it! I enjoy their breakfast menu! French Fries are the BEST and can't be beat!

  I had a really upsetting experience at McDonald's that has honestly made me not want to return or support the brand again — including the Ronald McDonald House Charities, which I’ve always supported. I came in to redeem a code through the app, which I’ve done many times. However, the app glitched and instead of giving me the 6-piece Chicken McNuggets I selected, it showed up as hash browns. I tried to explain this to the employee, but instead of helping or even listening, she cut me off and rudely said, “That’s breakfast, I don’t know what you’re ordering.” I clearly knew I selected chicken nuggets — it was the app that glitched — but she acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. To make things worse, when I tried to place an additional order, she rolled her eyes and said, “God, another one?” — right in front of me. Completely unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable behavior. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. If this is the level of customer service being allowed, I won’t be returning to that location, and honestly, I’m questioning whether I want to support McDonald’s at all going forward. McDonald's should seriously consider retraining staff on how to treat customers with basic courtesy.
