I don’t hold McDonald’s to a high standard. Not to any standard really. Because it’s a McDonald’s. But this place is terrible. Always long waits. No customer service. Truly terrible. I came to the drive thru for some breakfast. Sat in the line for 20 mins. Got to the order kiosk at 10:33 and was told breakfast was done. Then sat in the line for another ten minutes just to get out.

The employees here were very kind and fun to talk to. And Enya went above and beyond! I hope every person gets to meet a person like them. Enya was so sweet, funny, and genuine! They brought a smile to my heart! Thank you Enya!! Definitely needs a raise!!

This location has slowly gotten worse since they opened. They used to be on top of it and amazing. Today I had the absolute worst experience I've ever at a McDonald's, maybe even any fast food restaurant. We decided to splurge for my son's birthday, as we are currently looking for work. We looked at the locations menu before going and got everyone's order ready to go. I end up going through the Drive-Thru. I'm the order was the "Classic quarter pounder with cheese pack". They said they didn't have it. So I decide to pull out of line to call and see what we want to do instead. I then decide to go inside to order. I found the pack no problem. I order. I haven't used a kiosk to go before, so I confirm with the workers they have my order. He told me he was currently working on it. I didn't end up getting it until almost 30 minutes later. I have hungry kids at home and didn'tv think to hurry and check. Driving down the street I realized I didn't see one of the kids meal drinks. I stopped, did a quick check through everything. It looked like an the food was there but the drink. Turn around to get the drink. I stand there for another 5 minutes before someone greets me to see what I need, as they are mainly a kiosk store, So no one is standing at the front taking orders generally. They apologized and got the drink and did give us a fruit pie for our trouble. Which I agree was really nice. And I do take responsibility of not taking a full assessment of everything at that point, but again I had hungry kids at home and it took way longer than I head anticipated. After getting home, I realize that they missed my daughter's Burger. We got the Grinch shaker fries and I saw the Shaker bag thinking it was her burger. Again partly my fault. I then gave her my bigger burger. I called to see if I could come and get a replacement burger, but instead of what she had, a replacement for what I had, as she is being fed my bigger burger. They did get permission for that. Which I am grateful for. My husband went to go grab the new burger for us. As he was getting ready to leave we realized that they did not give us any of our sauces for the chicken nuggets. In all the back and forth frustration of it all my husband forgot to ask for the sauces. But what is the point of them having a checklist on the bag if they are going to miss one full menu item, a drink, and all the sauces. I'm glad that they upgraded our burger and gave us the free apple pie as an apology. But the fact that when I got there and they had no clue of something I was talking about on their menu, I had to go in, wait as long as I did on top of missing so many items, I feel Like everything together makes for one really bad experience, even with the freebies.

Horrible location I waited for my cookies for so long and then they said they were
Coming out Wright out the oven come to find out when after I waited for a long time I called the store. I asked him what's going on. Why am I waiting so long and she said we're waiting for it to come out of the oven she brings it to the window it is cold and she was rude. They're horrible service over there and then I ordered the Grinch meal which I spent so much money on so I can get it for my child and they forget the damn sock then I called them and they said to come back the next day then I don't have it you guys are the worst McDonald's. Get employees that actually care about their job we don't pay for it so you guys can mess up on our order and then be rude about it. Can't stand going to this McDonald's sadly it's the one that's nearby. Your service sucks
