When I walked into the store I was not greeted at all even though I made eye contact with the employee they disappeared into the cook area without saying a word and came out a few minutes later to give me my $35 chicken wings and single pizza. I tried to chat with an agent and send a refund request through the app and i was told both times that I would be reached out to by the store manager within 48 hours and never heard from them. Really just still wanting a refund since we were unable to eat the food as the temperature and quality was fishy.
