I went to the counter and let them know: my kids sat there for about 20 minutes playing outside of the playroom until some lady started drawing them pictures with Windex on the windows. So I told my daughter to ask that lady if she could go clean up the throw up. And that nice wonderful lady did and saved you guys from getting a horrible review. Like if a kid throws up in a playroom, it is unsanitary to let it sit there for 20 minutes you guys should’ve acted on it quickly. But thanks to that sweet lady who was the only one who actually cared and enough to clean it up. I wish I had gotten her name - but thank you so much. For drawing pictures for my kids - for cleaning up the throw up - you’re the only one who cared. And thank you for that.

Struggled to take the order, still managed to get it wrong. When going to pay, dude threw a fit when I asked to enter my code, and the girls at the last window questioned giving me my order because they had their orders wrong and mixed up.

I asked for my hamburger to not have pickles and they wrapped my bun in pickles to be rude I guess they thought that was funny. I have an allergy to them. So I was not able to eat it. My food was cold and they threw my bag at me. I am not sure why they thought that was necessary. Poor service and rude staff. Very disappointing.
