  They are chronically understaffed. If you stop in for food expect a long wait and typically orders have errors. If you order for a movie, expect to wait. Today was told it would be 20 minutes orbmore beyond my scheduled order time. My food wasn't even in the oven at the order time. Excuse....kitchen was busy. Then why bother taking reservations. For the price this is unacceptable.

  Pizza was barely warm. It got cold by the second piece. There was literally no one there and it took almost a half hour to receive it. Our server never checked back A $4 diet Pepsi should have had more than 2/3 ice cubes My mom had to wait over 5 minutes to use the restroom, it was locked but I am not sure why.

  They are doing great, but it’s a shame the place sits in silence with no music? Really nicely done pizza but sad atmosphere and really needing a restaurant manager.

  Waitress was nice and consistent. We ordered two kids meals, cheese burger and fries and Mac and cheese which fruit. She asked if we would like apple sauce or oranges and we replied oranges under the assumption of cutie oranges or regular orange slices. When we received the “oranges” they seemed like they were from a mandarin fruit cup, and were disintegrating and mushy. The Mac and cheese also looked as if it came from a box. It was cold, and there was barely any cheese. Although, the burger and fries were decent. We then ordered desert, we ordered the zeppoles, they were good but there was barely any filling.
