Our waiter was so good & honestly added to the atmosphere because he looked like he stepped out of Italy! We can’t wait to come back to Cedar City for our next race because we’re already planning on treating ourselves to eating here again!

This was our first, and definitely not last, visit here. The pasta was better than pasta we’ve had anywhere we’ve traveled before. Who would have known… Cedar City for foodies!? Fantastic. We did take out and the order was prepared and wrapped perfectly for a take home meal.

Last night I brought friends for their first time visit but my salmon was served differently than my last visit. Consistency is a bedrock foundation of any restaurant. The fish and pasta were served on the same plate, the alfredo sauce mixed with the white wine sauce on the fish and diluted it. Plus the pasta was not coated with alfredo sauce, it was not stirred into it. Whomever ran the Pass blew this dish. I love this place but want consistent food plating and quality.
