- APApril PiersonApr 16, 20264.0We went to On The Border on Broadway in Tyler not expecting anything amazing since it only has about a 3.9 rating—and honestly, we were just there to use a $50 gift card. But wow, we were so pleasantly surprised! Everything was really good. The chips and salsa were fresh and tasty, the queso was great, and I had the steak and chicken fajitas which were delicious. Their rice stood out too—super flavorful, not bland like you sometimes get. What really made the experience though was the service. Our waitress, “Grandma,” was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. We never had empty drinks and she made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Overall, this visit completely changed our expectations, and we will definitely be back!
