This was my first time here and we waited in the drive through line for almost 25 minutes...our food was cold and the fries had no flavor. Not sure what is going on here. The workers were nice enough but the service was pretty bad.
I have gone here twice now and each time is incredibly slow. Now today, my second time visiting, I had mold on my bread… Especially for a new location I would expect top notch training and employees giving it their all to impress at a new location. Can I give this location zero stars??

It was Effin H O R R I B L E. I waited 20 minutes for my food. There was a guy there who had his order made incorrectly; he told me he had been waiting 15 minutes. Some young girls came in and ordered French fries, and after 10-11 minutes, their father walked in and demanded his money back. He said it was ridiculous that his daughters were waiting that long just for fries.
My order number was 231. I can't find my receipt, but I asked for unsweet tea because I am diabetic. I'm on my way to DFW airport now and I was so pissed off that I literally threw my drink out the window. I littered, and I pray to God I don't get a fine from the cops, but I threw it out the window. I was so upset that I waited so long, and now I'm going to be late to pick up my cousin at the airport.
I'm looking at all the reviews here and it's all horrible. I think it's time to have a class action suit. Everybody should unite, find each other, go to court, and sue this place and shut it down.
How can a brand-new place be so horrible? When I got there, there was no one in the drive-thru, there was nobody at the register, and there were no orders on the pickup. It was slow and wasn't busy, so I don't understand what the big deal was. I really don't.
The staff had great personalities, but that's about it. I guess they had a smile because they were embarrassed by how bad they were.
Now I have to stop at a QT and spend money on a drink after I already bought a drink for my meal. I don't even want to go back there; I'm already halfway to DFW Airport.
This is complete BS.
If you look at the top of my drink, it's not even marked Diet.
I don't understand. Every single person had experienced something bad in 20 minutes? Every single customer? Are you serious?
All the delivery services should take this location off the platform because everyone is getting their food late today. They should just go offline. If they can't handle it, they should just deal with walk-up customers only.
I have no experience in business, but I have a feeling I could run that location with my hands tied behind my back, cross-eyed, blindfolded, and hopping around with one shoe.
Can’t rate this on food as I was never served food. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes for someone to come to the cash register to take my payment. Yes I know it was 10 minutes as I arrived at 10:45 am on a Sunday. I was happy because I didn’t miss breakfast. Well unfortunately I did miss breakfast as it is now 10:55 and no employees to be found to take my payment. It was almost like entering the twilight zone at a McDonald’s. I was the only person in the dining room with no employee to be found. This is not like a typical McDonald’s, they hide the employees behind a wall. Seems odd to even offer a dining room if you are an establishment that only focuses on drive thru customers. I considered going thru the drive thru as I still had 5 minutes before breakfast ended. But decided this establishment really didn’t want me as a customer so why should I give them business. I’ll stick to my usual McDonald’s down the road. They actually know how to make their customers feel welcome.
The waiting time to be served inside is a bit longer than we anticipated. The interior features a modern design with screens for gaming. However, unlike other McDonald's locations, there is no drink refill available. The walls prevent you from seeing the kitchen, and when you request ketchup, you may have to wait several minutes for someone to bring it to you. We received our food without any paper tissues, and there were none available anywhere. I hope they improve their services soon. I was very excited for this location to open since it's just down the street from my house, but I was somewhat disappointed.
