Our menu focuses on fresh ingredients that features a wide variety of authentic items such as
-Manoush & Sajj: A Lebanese flatbread that can be eaten with either savory or sweet toppings.
-Fakhar eggs: Eggs cooked on a special traditional Lebanese clay pot.
-Kaak: Traditional Lebanese street bread coated with sesame seeds.
-Lahme bil Ajiin: A Lebanese puff pasty topped with ground beef and pine nuts with the option of drizzling pomegranate molasses on top.

I ordered the half cheese, half za’atar manousheh, and it did not disappoint—the bread was fresh, warm, and perfectly baked with just the right balance of crisp on the outside and softness inside. The cheese side was rich and satisfying, while the za’atar side had that classic savory, herby flavor with a nice hint of tanginess, making it a perfect combination. Overall, a simple but really enjoyable meal done right, and between the quality of the food and the genuinely friendly service, this is definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend.

And the wait wasn’t long, it was about 7-8 minutes. But I would still recommend going to it and if I came back to Houston I would probably come back. 👍
