Did not like that could not get a booth while we have a baby. We are a family of 5 and these small tables don’t work not enough space. Every other restaurant a booth isn’t a problem with a baby but at on the border it made our experience with a baby terrible

Our bartender was great. We ordered nachos and realized we wanted something different, so he took it back without hesitation and he suggested a different food option. Great service, great attitude. Both bartenders that night were excellent.

We wondered why the chips were thin, flavorless and greasy and the salsa was smoky. OTB owned by Papasitos now. If I wanted Papasito's I would have gone to Papsito's. Can't recommend the Chicken Flautas, The cheese Enchiladas, the rice, the chips n salsa , nor the queso. Word to the servers: don't serve crushed chips. We looked up why there was a change before we orders our food, the chips were that bad. We decided to give it a try. Bad choice. We didn't punish the server (should have dinged her for the quality of chips she brought us). But the 3 of us loved OTB but will never be back...unless they go back to their roots And honestly if their attempt was to mimic Papasito's they did about school cafeteria quality. Good news for locally owned, non-chain restaurant in area, you will get our business. Bring Back your chips and salsa and please offer chicken filling other than Chicken Tinga.

I absolutely hate the new salsa. What I read that the new owners changed salsa to reflect a fresher type of salsa. Fresher? OTB had fresh cilantro, onions, tomatoes & peppers. Absolutely the best w/their fresh chips. The new chips are so thin they break with the guacamole. I will be changing all my business to Rio Mambo. Salsa is very similar to the old OTB. You should at least give people a choice of the warm or the original cold OTB salsa.

Management is completely incompetent. Had 1 server running 9 tables, completely overwhelmed. Had 4 other servers trying to assist while running their own tables inside. The manager, not Chase the other one came out and asked if we needed anything. I asked for another margarita after having been there for an hour with nobody coming to check on us. He said ok I’ll take care of it and never came back. There were about 6 tables that were sat 20-30 minutes after us and they ordered, received their food, ate and left before we could even order. At about the hour and a half mark we finally were able to order. The kids finally got a refill of a drink from one of the bus boys. At the two hour mark still no food, I went inside and talked to the manager that was just standing there with an expression on his face like someone who claps with his fingers spread apart. I’m like look man we’ve been here for over two hours, I don’t even care about the food anymore can we please just get our check so we can go, I feel like I’m being held hostage at this point. He’s like well the food is coming out right now. I’m like I don’t care I just want the check, I’ll pay for the food I just want to leave. He comes out about 10 minutes later with the check in his hand and is like I uh took one of the fajitas off your tab. Then looks at one of the orders of fajitas and is like oh that’s not nearly enough meat, Ill be right back. They sent out a single portion of fajitas when we had ordered fajitas for two to share. I’m pretty sure they stole an order of fajitas to complete our ticket and didn’t realize we ordered fajitas for two. So then he brings a plate of meat, the meat wasn’t even cooked it was blue rare. Like a good veterinarian could have saved the cow. His staff is yelling at him the whole time and he’s just drooling on himself with a vacant 5 mile stare like he’s trying to do Calculus in his head. Terrible experience, that poor server was overwhelmed and never stood a chance. Gave her a $20 tip on a $62 tab because I felt sorry for her. Do not go here. Ever since Papas Bros took over, the entire restaurant has gone to hell. Manager in out of his depth, and shouldn’t have a job there.
