We are very disappointed after getting our takeout order on 5/9/26 at 5:00 p.m. Our order consisted of: eggplant parm, baked rigatoni, garlic bread, two salads (no onion), 2 cannolis, and 1 tiramisu. The bag was nicely stapled for travel, so we didn’t bother to open it (we’ve ordered takeout before and never had an issue). Upon opening our takeout when we arrived home, there were two salads with onion (we ordered no onion), and no tiramisu ($9.00). So we called the number on the receipt three times, and it went straight to vm, except there was no vm set up so we couldn’t even leave a message or talk to the manager. Your food is delicious, but the person who packed our food obviously didn’t check what was on the receipt and what was actually in the bag. We are SO disappointed in this terrible service.

First time here and I’m sure we will be back. The lasagna wasn’t as hot as I hoped but it was still good. My husband got the chicken parm and I wish I had gotten that. The breadsticks were amazing. I was a bit sad they had chocolate lovers cake on menu but no longer offered it. Waiter explained they are changing menu.

- food was amazing, fresh, and had such good flavor. Salad was big and everything was fresh with it as well. And they bread sticks were probably the best I have ever had anywhere.
- staff were friendly and helpful.
- service was quick.
- place was clean and organized.
- prices are normal for the area.
- plenty of parking.
- overall a good first experience.

First visit….Excellent service immediately walking in! Charlie was polite, professional and on top of everything! Atmosphere is cozy and bigger than expected. Meal portions were generous and salads were as well. Bread sticks are unique and sweet and light and yummy! Chicken parm was excellent as was the Italian sampler! Great opportunity to get to try all different classic Italian meals. Excellent service and food!! Do it!!!
I ordered takeout for lunch today (Friday). I am so glad I tried Milano's as I finally found a great Chicken Parm Sub! It wasn't on the menu but the owner (Eric) was open to making it for me.
The breaded tenderized chicken was perfectly seasoned and just the right amount of sauce that gave a delicious hearty Italian sub.
The only feedback for improvement would be to lightly grille (or bake) the bread for a little more crunch factor but I understand that might require the sub to be wrapped in parchment paper for carryout orders. Other than that- it was delicious and the best I've had in Columbus in my ten years here!
And one big surprise were the waffle fries! Even after carrying out they were still crispy and amazingly well-seasoned! Probably some of the best waffle fries I've ever had! And yes from an Italian restaurant!
I write this review as a first time customer (and former Italian restaurant owner) that is looking forward to returning for dinner with my family.
Grazie Eric!
