I guess you should just fire all the front staff girls working 05/08 if you want to keep up in the business, but it was probably my last order in Taco. I swapped large taco in box menu from beef to potatoes, addeded pico, they made it with beef. I came back to change, the girl was very unpleased, then she ordered the guy to make a potato one. I asked him twice "please no beef" loud, he made a beef one and added potatoes in it.

This review isn't about the food, I ultimately never got anything, but for the woman in charge while I was frantically looking for my purse. I had traveled all day, had too many bags/luggage items with me, stopped to consider a quick dinner on my walk home, but ultimately left.
Suddenly, a block later, where's my purse? I realize i must've left it on the counter.
The Taco Bell women was SO patient- pulled up the surveillance video and we tracked all of my movements. Turns out, my purse was with me when I left. She was so apologetic (clearly empathizing with me) and just so sweet to spend so much time with me. I did find my purse on the ground around the corner too, so a happy ending.
I'm just always very appreciative of this kind of empathy and customer service these days. Thank you!

HORRIBLE!! spent 41.65 for 2 chicken bowels and was trying to eat my food but there was no utensils, napkins or straws. When asked for some, they manger response was " NY State Laws said we have the right to not give you any utensils or bags" (NOTE: skip the law statute states they must provide utensils on request)
Strange location. This cantina didn’t have beer or regular Baja blast (only frozen). I was there for over 30 minutes and there was an employee sleeping at the customer table the entire time. Some friends were hanging out at the restaurant and employees came over to sit with them between orders. For such a small restaurant, they had at least 5 employees working. The order took longer than the predicted time (fine because it was a quick pick up time), but they’re very disorganized with fulfilling the delivery orders and pick up orders.
The employee was extremely rude, I oreded my food for pick up, I waited patiently, 10 mins go by they are still working on my order I keep waiting, the boy checked my phone to see I was here for pick up. Went back continued to take time with my order. Once finished another employee tossed the bag off to the side. When I saw it was finished I asked if I can please take my food so I can go after waiting another 5 mins. He tells me I need to wait more, wait for what? It’s finished! another employee came and just looked at me like I shouldn’t be asking for anything. I asked please give my order so I can leave. The boy continues to ask me who I’m talking to as if I’m making extreme demands. The service is trash. This is exactly why you are sitting on a 2.0 star rating…fix your service they don’t belong there.
