- JBJennifer BramenApr 26, 20261.0I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was a frustrating experience, especially for a large group order. We placed about a $250 order centered around their kafta kabab, which was the main reason we chose this location. When picking up the order we purchased a day in advance , we found out they didn’t even have the item. The staff knew the issue but couldn’t contact us. At that point, we would have gone to another location. But we weren’t given that option. The bigger issue is management. The staff told us the manager was off that day and they had no way to reach her, and she was the only one with our contact information. They were friendly and apologetic, but ultimately powerless to fix anything. That left us stuck with a large order of food we didn’t really want and no way to correct it. I had read that this location was less reliable than others and decided to overlook it for convenience, but that was a mistake! Do not use this location for catering orders.

I enjoy the rotisserie chicken, baklava, and the skewers of steak, chicken, veggies, and salmon. I see myself frequenting Crazy Pita for their great protein choices!
