  I ordered delivery since staying at a hotel. The burger I ordered did not come with the cheese advertised and it was very dry. The fries were old and you can tell they were fried in old oil. I asked for utensils, napkins and lots of ketchup. I received no utensils, two napkins and three small ketchup packs. I'm not from the area but I imagine there are better burger joints in the area. Edit: Danish followed up with me via text message (and called as well but I was sleeping). It's rare that a business actually takes the time to follow up with a customer after a bad review and I appreciate the effort. Because of this I am increasing my rating to three stars and I would give them a try again if I am in the area

  Really disappointing experience! The $13.00 cheesesteak was extremely stringy and tough, making it hard to enjoy at all. The $14 hamburger had no flavor. For the prices they charge, the quality should be a lot better. Definitely not worth it.

  Tried Zac’s Burger yesterday. We ordered their double burger and cheesy fries with beef bacon. It’s a halal meat restaurant and the staff were well-behaved and courteous, which we appreciated. The food, however, was quite average. The burger was okay but nothing special, and we’ve definitely had much better halal burgers at other places. The bacon cheesy fries were disappointing—the beef bacon was dry and hard, which made the dish less enjoyable. Our experience was decent, but the food didn’t really stand out for us.
