Rudeeeeee front staff walk in on Mother’s Day and rudely stated I needed a reservation to eat there so I went on their website and there was reservations open at the time I was there so I made the reservation and when I went back in to show them I had made a reservation they told me they didn’t care and that they wouldn’t seat me. So happy Mother’s Day!!!

My wife and I would come here to celebrate major occasions over the years- (this was the site of our first date) - however today was by far the worst experience we’ve had here. We were served rubbery bread with no plates or knives to cut it. The waitress was inattentive and disinterested. The food was poorly prepared, the chicken was dry and my wife found, what we believe to be, a black stone in her pasta. It’s actually heartbreaking to write this kind of review about a place that has so much sentimental value to the both of us. Unfortunately, we will not continue our traditions of celebrating milestones at this place anymore. Come at your own risk

Service is absolute trash! These people who work at brio are an embarrassment to the establishment. Basically all of them look liked they just crawled out of bed without a care in the word. Another thing that bothered me is they all are so unapproachable and unfriendly. It’s such a shame cause the food is pretty good but the people at that restaurant are such jerks!! Me and my girlfriend went out for a date night excited for a great night. Then we enter Brio being native to the fact that our whole day was about to be ruined by our waitress Jazmyn. She was completely passive aggressive the entire tell. Even when I asked for a bread refill, I was meant with an attitude. My girlfriend then orders a pasta in which had mushrooms filled with it. Jazmyn failed to tell us that the pasta had a mushroom filling. when we asked and just said the mushrooms are on top of the dish. I then add a side comment saying “you can just pick them off” I which Jazmyn did not object to that. We then get our food and we see that my girlfriends dish is not was we were told it was. In request to send it back we get complete attitude and a comment from her saying “I told you there were mushrooms girl”. In that moment I was completely disgusted by the attitude she gave us and the unprofessionalism that came from her. Also the fact that she called my girlfriend’s “girl”. Her friends call her girl, a waitress at a high end restaurant shouldn’t. After that we just apologize and asked for a replacement in which caused us to get attitude for the rest of our dining experience. This place has great food with a great atmosphere and it’s a shame that the service is total garbage. I believe this establishment needs a whole new staff and the employment process needs a change. Extremely disappointed, don’t come here unless you want your day ruined.😡

An incredibly kind and friendly wait staff combined with delicious food and drink. The ambiance and attention to detail can't go unrecognized either. When I am in the area I always make a point to stop by. If you're in Cherry Hill you need to visit.
