Elephant & Co. is brought to you by the people who started Eastern Market Brewing Co., and our Detroit-style pizza stands out for the same reasons our craft beer does.
We are fermentation specialists. We've applied our years of knowledge to perfecting our craft beer and put it into our pizza dough.
Most of our taproom is first come, first served—about 90% of the seats, so grab a spot and settle in!
But hey, we get it—sometimes you gotta lock things down ahead of time. We’ve got a few reservation slots available on most days to help those planners among us.
