  I'm not sure why I continue to visit this Taco Bell. Maybe because they do carry chili cheese burritos and Brisk raspberry tea. I am always disappointed. The staff never greets you or even grunts at you. If you go in the evening they are always out of at least one or more ingredients. Sometimes meat, or shells or cheese, it's different every day. This time I ordered a Mexican pizza with my CCB, the shell was burnt and even though I asked for light beans there was double the beans than there was meat. The guy in front of me had change of 4 cents. Because they don't have pennies they always round down. So rather than giving him a nickel they kept his four cents and were confused about this when he brought it up.

  For fast food, this took way too long when there were only 2 customers (including myself). This version of the chain was missing food items and actually messed my order up by gave me a hard shell taco instead of a soft shell taco. Probably the worst chain in the tri-cities!

  So my kids and I went there for dinner tonight, and we ordered from the drive-thru. There's nothing wrong with the drive-thru, but when we got our food, we had ordered from the Taco Bell side, and the food came in all one bag. Mind you, I was ordering for myself and my two kids, and all of our food was smashed into one bag. I have never had a problem with Taco Bell before, but I will never go back to this place. Very unacceptable.

  Couldn't get any help every single employee looked at us multiple times and just turned there head . We walked out and gave our buisness to BK. Dont go here

  Last couple times I’ve been to this location it appeared very run down order sceeen broken an and smashed up food as made incorrectly and very sloppy as well as stale chips gave it a few tries because things happen but it has been yet another awful experience
