  The staff are very friendly but it was disconcerting to see crumbs all over the floor of the store and the entrance rug looks like it needs a vacuum and I don’t know what your specific food safety practices are but I’m pretty sure you can’t grab ready to eat food bare handed and serve it

  At the bagel shop at 6am when they were supposed to be open. Nobody showed up to open the store.. I didn’t wait..

  Shame on you Bagel Bros and beware customers: The higher placed 'specialty' bagels have a hefty surcharge. 2.60 for a basic bagel and then a 1.80 surcharge for my cheddar cheese bagel. That's 4.60 and it didn't even include cream cheese! They don't tell you the surcharge, nor do they tell you that there's a credit card surcharge. POST SIGNS, PLEASE! I won't even go into how long I had to wait for my avocado toast smoked salmon, but they had to make the avocado mash fresh and they apologized.

  The food is always amazing. Hands down my favorite breakfast bagel sandwiches. However the service is terrible. Most of the staff (especially the ones who have been there the longest) are rude and dismissive. So, I order my food online for pickup instead. But they ignore anyone waiting at the pickup counter and act like they’ve been inconvenienced when you ask for your order that’s been sitting behind them bagged and ready.

  I’m originally from NJ, so most people from that area know a great bagel when they get one. When I moved here close to 20 years ago I couldn’t find a decent bagel place. When Bagel Bros opened, the first time I went there I knew I found a true bagel spot! Their bagels are to die for!!! And their crumb cake is the best I’ve ever eaten! I have friend’s & family who’ve visited me & I always get fresh bagels from Bagel Bros when they come. Everyone loves them and I have a friend who asks me to ship them to their house in Texas & I have! I can’t say enough great things about them…I love this place!!!
