  I usually dont leave reviews, but yesterday I went to this place with family and friends to celebrate a birthday and I regretted so much. Two good things, the violinist playing, and the decorations, but food was the worst I have ever eaten, tasteless, dry and almost cold. Only the croquetas and desserts were ok. If you pay $60 for a main course, you expect an amazing food, but it was mediocre to the point everyone left most of their food and the server didn't even ask what was going on seeing this. She was only there to take the order and refilling water. We were charge 22% for that. You guys should pay better your employees. Pollo tropical serves way better food than this place for a fractionof a price. Ill never ever recommend this place to anyone. Attached is the check and the comments I left on it.

  Ya es la quinta vez que visitamos Story Winery & Bistro y definitivamente nunca deja de impresionarnos. La comida siempre espectacular, el ambiente increíble y la atención de todo el personal excelente. Pero hoy quiero hacer una mención especial a Fernando, quien con su dedicación, amabilidad y atención hizo de mi Happy Birthday un día aún más especial. Se nota cuando alguien ama lo que hace y se preocupa porque los clientes tengan una experiencia inolvidable. Mis felicitaciones para Fernando y para todo el equipo del restaurante. Sin dudas seguiremos regresando. ¡Súper recomendado! Me encantó el día d hoy.

  We had an amazing experience at my daughter's 15th birthday celebration. Guests raved about the food, especially the Branzino. They loved everything - the DJ, the staff, the atmosphere! Everyone had a wonderful time. The staff was very attentive throughou the evening and, not to mention, Jessica Delgado who assisted me with all the details of the event and was there for any questions/ concerns from day one. Highly recommend The Love Story for special events. Thanks again team!

  Los precios no corresponden con la calidad de la comida. Este lugar esta tomando ventaja de la moda actual de salir a comer a un estudio fotografico para publicar en las redes en vez de darle prioridad al sabor y la calidad de los alimentos q ofrecen. La carta de vinos super limitada, con vinos en extremo malos o en extremo caros. Primera vez que nos vimos en la obligation de devolver la jarra de sangria, super mal elaborada pura agua y caliente. El ambiente demasiado cargado y quieren poner tantas mesas que casi comes junto a personas desconocidas. Los precios estan exuberantes para el nivel de la elaboracion de los platos. El pan no lo ofrecen por la casa, nos preguntaron cuantos panes queriamos y despues lo trajeron duro y frio. El helado no le adicionan ni un toque de sirope o un detalle similar a modo de presentacion. Cuando traen la cuenta te cobran un extra 3% por pagar con tarjeta de credito como si los precios no tuvieran ya bastante extra como para cubrir ese costo sin hacerlo directamente al cliente, casi te estan dando la idea de pagar en efectivo lo cual es bien riduliculo con semejantes totales de cuenta. Una experiencia que no recomiendo, sobre todo en una ciudad donde hay tantas opciones con precios similares o aun mas economicos pero de una calidad superior en todos los sentidos.

  We went to A Love Story Restaurant to celebrate my mom’s birthday with the whole family (8 of us, including kids), and the experience was extremely disappointing. Even though the inside of the restaurant was empty, they didn’t allow us to sit indoors. Instead, we were placed outside with very loud music and unbearable heat. We literally had to shout just to have a conversation. The food arrived cold, and the desserts had no presentation. The tres leches cake was dry, more like plain sponge cake, with no milk at all. When they came out to sing “Happy Birthday,” two staff members started aggressively opening and closing fans without noticing that there was a 2-year-old child sleeping in a stroller right next to them. They almost hit her and ended up scaring her awake, without even realizing what they had done. On top of that, there were flies constantly bothering us throughout the meal. As we were leaving, my son even said, “Good thing we didn’t sit inside, because it smells like a bathroom.” If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I do not recommend this place at all, especially if you’re looking for a family-friendly or pleasant environment.
