  First time trying them got the pick 6 for the home also got a family size of fries. Honestly the food was great. The chicken tender ,fries , shrimp , flounder and catfish were all great definitely a little on the lacking seasoning side for the fried fish but not enough to truly bother me. the fries tasted good the only things is my fries were soggy as hell. If my fries were ya know cooked how fries should be woulda at least not soggy woulda been a solid 5/5.buying a 11$ family size of soggy fries kinda just left a little bit of a bad taste for me regarding the place.

  Been here two times back to back. Came back a third time today and it was not the same. The fish tasted old and was not seasoned like the first two times we came. Why can’t Jacksonville restaurants be consistent? Scared to come back now…

  It's the best every time they never skip a beat. They call me snapper man because every time I need the whole fried snapper. The best company in the (904) much Respect 4-Life and please keep up the amazing work.

  Definitely not a fast food person but this place is really good. Got the catfish shrimp with side of fried okra. It was super fresh and yummy! Definitely will return. Staff was very kind and professional.

  Tried to order food at the 103rd location in Jacksonville Florida. They didn’t have any soda. The guy running the drive-through mumbled everything he said, and I couldn’t understand a word he was saying I asked him to speak up and he didn’t and then when I still couldn’t understand him after trying for a while I told him again to speak up because I couldn’t hear him and he just stopped talking so I left. Terrible customer service. I love the food at this place, but I don’t think I’ll ever come back because of that experience, there’s another seafood place up the road that has much better customer service and I’ll be going there from now on.
