  Cool bar but the staff is rude and unorganized, the drinks really aren't that good, there's barely any food options, and you have to sit in a crowded booth full of people you don't know. The staff doesn't care about overcrowding you/if you are comfortable. It also smelled like vomit.

  Cool space, but my god, the service and management is abysmal, the wait times long, and the prices insane. You will be crowded in shoulder to shoulder with strangers, lucky if you get to sit down, and with only a tiny table space in front of you. Can't hear yourself think because the echo is so bad. The service was much worse here than the equivalent at Disney World.

  The atmosphere here is simply incredible. Believe me, even the most spoiled guests have never been anywhere quite like this. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed and carefully worked on. Every single element is absolutely perfect. I’m amazed at how the staff manage to maintain such an outstanding level of service. The people working here are truly exceptional — always ready to help everyone. They are calm under pressure, friendly, and quick in their decisions. Thank you, guys, for creating such a unique atmosphere. It’s absolutely amazing. I haven’t been disappointed for a single second.

  First time in Olgas this trip, we went two days in a row, Monday just hubby and I, second day with friends that joined us. The check- in was easy and friendly, I like the ability to join a virtual Queue and not have to have a reso. It's not rocket science to sign in... The drinks were all good, I think between the four of us, we tried all the boozy drinks. It's 2 drinks Max (someone previously said 2 drinks minimum, they're wrong.) 45 minutes tops there, I get it, some people would stay all day, get wasted and then go out and try to fight a Wookie. We also had the Dewroots (really good and somewhat healthy!!) and the bread, (also really good but a small portion). The only downside(s).... Smashing people into a booth together (not all our boothmates were friendly) isn't the best and the server barked at everyone to move around for us. Our servers BOTH DAYS were less than friendly, rushed us and seemed to hate their jobs, unlike the people checking us in and literally all other Disney cast members we've met. They could make the experience a teensy bit better if they were friendly or in character and maybe if there was a character visit to shake up the place. Stormtroopers maybe? Overall, we'll definitely be back, maybe just make the experience a little better and more in-line with the rest of the planet / land. Olgas esthetics is so cool, can you make the people cooler too?

  The cantina fits the theme of star wars but at a cost. Two drink minimum per customer, and the drink options are limited. Appetizers are even more limited. They give 45 minutes limit in the cantina. Over $100 for 8 drink choices and 3 appetizers. 45 minutes to consume your purchase and do it all standing at the bar tables. Not worth the experience. Drink with out standing and on limited time at downtown Disney for possible less money
