  Both manger and employee was on the phone manger was talking about til but employee was talking about friend being pregnant using an ear piece waited almost 10 min to get my online order complete walk in to empty lobby and drive thru and employee was sitting down not doing a thing

  No sauce twice in a row! Last time I was in it took about 45 minutes to get through a line of about 5 cars. I didn't get a receipt. My chicken tenders were burned, I had no sauce and very few fries as well as no drink. I went inside, and to their credit they gave me my sauce and cup with no questions asked. About 4 days later, also very few fries and also no sauce. Didn't catch the lack of sauce until I had drove away. Also, they'd didn't give me my blizzard! Pretty horribly managed.

  I placed a mobile order pickup for this place through their own application. Food was okay, was just disjointed. My blizzard was ready super fast, but that had caused it to completely melt by the time the rest of my food was ready. Main food took 15+ minutes.

  when we entered no one took our order they were just laughing and sitting on the ground and we sat down a guy and a girl i dont remember their names were just cussing and very loudly talking/laughing it toll like 19 minutes to get our food and it was soggy also no ice was in the soda fountain and there was hair on the ground pretty much everywhere

  Don’t let all of the recent 5 star reviews fool you. They have a QR code flyer posted in the lobby that says “leave us a review and get a free blizzard: Avoid this place. Ordered 2 medium dipped cones and waited 40 minutes with one group ahead of us in line at the counter and there appeared to be 5/6 cars in the drive thru only to request a refund and leave after waiting and waiting. A large group came in after us and ordered food and ice cream. They started getting some of their items while we and others had already been waiting for 20 mins or more The 3 people who were working moved so slow, were not hustling to help the many customers impatiently waiting and were not friendly or helpful when I asked why other groups were getting their orders first. The manager came back on shift and then told the 10+ people waiting for ice cream that the machine was out and had to make more so multiple groups requested refunds and left. Also, a male employee who was working the register was using the men’s restroom when I was in there used the urinal, flushed the toilet then walked out and went back to the register. Poor service, didn’t receive a simple order of 2 cones after waiting 40 mins and the health standards are poor. This place sucks.
