We placed the order at 7:55 pm I called up at 8:45 and they casually tell me that we are just two people here so its going to take time, after several requests to provide an ETA since we had hungry kids waiting at home they say its going to take another 20 minutes....I calln gain at 9:15 a guy answers and puts me on hold for 10 minutes. Had to hang up and call again to cancel the order the lady readily agrees without any apology or courtesy. This store gives Pzza hut a bad name and they dont have a clue about customer service.
