The store was so busy, I waited in line and was told it would take 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, they said it would take even longer but had no idea how long. The employee in front of me even told me and other DoorDash drivers to cancel our orders. They clearly don’t care about delivery drivers or customers and have absolutely no customer service. If you want to eat and actually get your food, do not order from this location. Don’t waste your time your orders will get canceled or take over an hour to be ready. Who knows!

He could not find my order because I ordered it at the wrong location by mistake. He was so helpful and kind. He called the other Pizza Hut to cancel my order and explain what had happened, then he helped me to reorder. Thank you Brandon. I just want to let you know that you have a wonderful employee with such a kind attitude of service towards your customer. Thank you, Arlene Carter.

When I asked bout his general manager he said he couldn’t tell me when he works next. And when I asked for the area manager which he has to give a number for he said no! Mike is an awful manager!!! Wylie pizza is a joke! They messed up my whole order last night and didn’t want to fix it!!!!! All they care bout is their money and not the customers!!!! If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! Worst pizza hit there is! I will go out of my way to go to another if I ever decide to go to one again!
