Today, I go and ask for the same thing and they’re telling me they can’t do that when I got it the day before. When I finally got up to the window I get nothing but a dirty look and a rude tone. On top of all of that I asked for extra bbq sauce to go with my nuggets there is not one in there.

There were no napkins in the holder. Asked at counter and got some. Went to car, discovered our fries were not salted and not hot!! Worst experience we have had at a McDonalds.
