  Disappointed, second visit to this location. First visit the chocolate shake was not mixed. Today, Monterey melt tasted burnt, toppings missing, old, patty was overcooked yesterday.

  Great food. The team was so nice and helped me and my family decide on what we should order. The patty melt is a must.

  If you want good food go to Whataburger but if you want GREAT service which elevates the food to be UNFORGETTABLE then go to Whataburger on Westgate. You'll be greeted by the sweetest most welcoming lady probably ever...she isn't welcoming customers into a "fast food joint".... No it's more like she's welcoming guests she's missed bad into her home during the holidays... It'll make you feel so incredibly special and seen BUT thankfully for this company she treats every guest like that...and if you come at night/graveyard Keira will make you the best thickest most perfect milkshake you've ever had .... Shell even make the impossible possible...And the most spectacular reason to come here... Crystal Wonder Woman thee Stallion.... (not that it's important) but she's probably the freshest most beautiful faced & easily hardest working Operating Partner in the Whataburger empire... You'll see her and think beautiful people shouldn't be working that hard lol no but in all seriousness there's "bosses" and "leaders" who should be running the country... Shes definitely in the latter category...she's that manager who's a catalyst in your life for the better... She teaches you important life lessons that you carry to every job and into your career. The world needs more people like Keira, Crystal and most importantly Diana, who blatantly does everything with love and hospitality.... All three of these lovely women make Whataburger incredibly proud DAILY ... And are undeniably great ambassadors for and of the brand. Also the cleanest Whataburger Ive ever even been to the groundskeeper gentleman never stops moving to make this place spotless! P.s. The Big Ranch Wrap is what other "clown" places wish their Snack Wraps were...and the Whatacatch looks incredible this year..I can't wait to try it.
