Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     Ordered a large combo and received small cold fries asked for bbq sauce and received two types of ketchup I do not recommend this place also waited a while to receive my food

    We asked for our sandwiches as pictured, cheese and all. Sandwiches arrived with no cheese. Asked for 4 pieces of cheese and was told it would be $2.60 extra. WHAT A RIP OFF! Go somewhere else that includes the cheese.

    They don’t give you what you order. Ordered a double meat double cheese and got a single meat single cheese. Too tired to drive back and complain. But seriously it’s not hard, just make what the customer orders. For what they charge now this is ridiculous.
