This location did not meet those standards at all. Freshness, quality checks, and order accuracy were clearly lacking. I expected much better.

I can’t even believe how long I was in the drive through I was in line for freaking 35mins and still waited on my food as I got to the window. Im from the city and I know it’s 2mins per customer this isn’t jack n box where the food is fresh! No it’s sitting their under an heating lamp and its just disgusting dirty! Rude kids weak management. The line should be moving at a timely manner I’m over hearing kids say oh they sent me home (for what) better yet Iam gonna have to email the CEO when I finally get to the front all these kids are standing around dancing rapping acting like a mess but I guess for 10hrs that’s what u get
