- DJDyiamond JonesNov 10, 20251.0I wasn’t going to put a review but both ladies acted like they couldn’t understand me. She rushed to make my sandwich and when I got to the car it was HAIR on it. Then took forever to get my refund & she was trying to go back and forth saying it wasn’t any hair on it. So glad I took a picture. 0/10 would not recommend. CHECK YOUR FOOD!!!

Today is the worst experience because the employees mistreated me and talked to each other in Spanish on the basis that I didn't understand and I ordered soft bread, but they burned the bread and told him that I don't want it burned. He didn't care that they are very bad. I don't advise anyone to come to this site.
- JCjames cookJul 2, 20251.0150 W Bay Area, Webster TX location --- I received an offer for a 6" BOGO from Subway on social media. I shared all the necessary info and received a link to the digital coupon and a list of participating locations. The Bay Area address was among those listed. In spite of seeing that the promotion listed their location address and instructed me to show staff when ordering, the staff refused to honor the coupon. The staff seemed sweet in nature, but one didn't speak any English at all and the other barely spoke English, so maybe there was some issue with translation. I don't know if they could read what I was showing them related to the coupon as English was difficult for them. Anyways, once you redeem the coupon online you can only use it that day and so they cheated me out of my coupon. There isn't any excuse for not honoring the coupon as the entire process was there in black and white. (In English ). Obviously an issue of communication between the location and corporate/marketing exists. I won't be back, they didn't handle that so well. I was kind to the ladies, but ultimately they just ignored me and spoke Spanish to each other.
