  I have never been to a slower McDonald’s. I have never been in contact with more rude employees in my life. The manager has zero customer service skills. How in the world is she a manager being so rude. Whoever owns this McDonald’s does not give a you know what. Otherwise, something would have been done about this a long time ago. These employees didn’t start being rude yesterday. It has been on going

  We went inside to order breakfast and use the restroom since were were traveling and planned on dining-in. They informed us that it will be a while if we order inside because they were working on drive-through orders and would get faster service going through the drive-through (even though there wasn't anyone else at the counter). While my husband drove through the drive-through, I went to the restroom. One toilet was plugged up, two were without toilet paper and thankfully one had toilet paper. I tried to was my hands but no soap at all. I informed the manager of the restroom condition and she said, "Oh, that is not our bathroom, it belongs to the gas station and we don't have a bathroom". I had to laugh as the workers obviously did not care. After walking outside, my husband already had our food from the drive-through and his latte was lukewarm and they gave him a sausage bagel instead of a steak bagel. We will NEVER stop at this McDonalds again!

  Food was really good. Couldn’t rate service any lower. No napkins, wrong order, no apologies or Staff acted as if I was inconveniencing them.

  Don’t waste your time (or do whatever you want, I don’t care). You’ll sit at curbside 20 minutes just for them to cancel your order. Then you go through the drive-thru, where they give you exactly one-third of the meals you ordered, which is still missing the cheese you paid extra for after sending it back twice. Then they’re like “why are you still here” well I’m still waiting on four meals that never even showed up. After building up a ridiculous line behind us in the drive-thru (which was empty on arrival btw) finally get the rest of the order, for one of the sandwiches to be hard enough to bang on the counter (which I did inside the restaurant for everyone to see, even had a lady who was ordering at the kiosk thank me for saving her time as she walked out), even the bbq sauce was DRY (it was a McRib). The fries were old, one mcchicken had no lettuce, and the other had no mayo (we didn’t order them that way, so what the heck). The manager blamed the app, but the app didn’t prepare this mess. Most of it went in the trash. Let’s be fair, the bar is set pretty low for McDonald’s as is. You know what you’re getting into, so no point complaining generally. This one was just extra bad. Even an employee on break said he was going to eat something different because he didn’t want to waste his whole break waiting to order. Another comment from the back of the dining room “I could do better than that, and I’m the one who can’t find a job.” Poor guy. Anyway, just go to Shreveport or Marshall (whatever direction you’re driving) you’ll probably get your food faster even with the extra driving time ( yeah we were there over an hour for a to-go situation.) Night. Mare. You’ve been warned. May the odds be ever in your favor! Oh they also “don’t have honey” until you’ve gone inside to talk to the manager about the week-old McRib. Then honey magically appears. They did manage to put “ice” and “no ice” in the correct drinks. That’s something that’s almost always wrong everywhere we go. Still not adding a star for that. 😜
