- SVSteven Gonzales (Vie)2 days ago1.0Drive-thru order. Ordered a big mac, got home and saw it was a quarter pounder. I think the 4 guys at the window were too occupied trying to talk to a car that was full of girls in front of me to get my order correct. Also I ordered a medium and for some reason they automatically up-charged me for a large combo. Then I got a medium...not sure what's going on here but I'd strongly suggest management start making some changes to staff or training. Judging by previous reviews it doesn't seem like there's any effective way to fix my order.
- DDD4 days ago1.0Rude customer service, missing items. No way to contact to get order corrected. Order thru drive thru. Person taking order sounded annoyed to be there working and taking out order was an inconvenience. Then after getting home our order was missing multiple items. For being barely opened worst place to get food from!

It all started with my drinks. I asked for no ice, and they both had ice. Sauces for my nuggets were wrong. Ordered an apple pie and wasn’t in the bag. So I payed for an apple pie and they didn’t bag it. 👎🏼👎🏼Train your staff Managers.

The lady at the first window was calm and polite no problems there, the second window the guy was running around inside like crazy didn’t know what we ordered and immediately gave me a happy meal and told me to move to the next window at the next window the same guy told me he gave me the wrong happy meal and gave it to the customer behind me. After waiting for 10 mins at the other window they finally got my order correct. The guy who is handling the food needs to calm down and think!

They have to many people in the on night shift running around confusing each other. They ask you what you ordered when that's their job to know its on a screen. Maybe they are new idk, but if it happens to many times I won't be back. Hate getting home and the order is wrong.
