Did not comp anything for excessive delay, even after they told us the order was on the house. Poor customer service

Poorly managed, the line doesn't move because the people move in slow motion and keep walking away from the counter leaving the customers waiting. Coffee bags are expensive which is okay but they're all old bags that should have been removed. Even getting your order takes a while once you've finally made it through the line.

The familiar, “Capital One,” Bank logo may throw you off but don’t let that stop you from going inside and enjoying your stay. The one thing you will not experience here is being pressured into becoming a “Capital One Bank,” member. No, this is not a gimmick to get you into the door and get you to sign up for one of their bank products. No. Here, all are welcome. Regardless if you’re a bank member or not. The staff are so friendly, helpful and are more than willing to extend their assistance navigating through the mall. (I witnessed it firsthand) However, if you are a Capital One Bank member, most of your drinks will be 50% Off. It’s a small gratitude for being a valued member. Nothing about this Café looks like a typical bank. They do have an ATM, to the right of the entrance, but they strategically placed it away to not take away from what it’s designed to be. The lighting. The furniture. The colors. All make the atmosphere feel elegant and welcoming. Immediately to your left, you’ll discover a small comfortable, cloth sofa with three tables and four chairs. Additionally, to the left of the Café, you’ll discover several, Private Nooks, for your convenience. In the center of the Café, you will find large open space with large comfortable, green sofa bench. Three small round tables next to it with three chairs. Additionally, conference-sized table with eight chairs. You can expect more seating. Five round tables with twelve chairs. And can’t forget, more seating options to the right of the Café. One large comfortable bench sofa with three tables and six chairs. The counter where you place your order looks bright, clean with a touch of modern design. I ordered a small coffee. It was bold and flavorful. However, the taste was obvious it wasn’t grinned fresh, since they pre-grind coffee for mass consumption. The small coffee does seem to be smaller than 12oz. Without a member discount, expect to pay $4+. The do offer, All-Day food menu. Otherwise, I would recommend stopping by here. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more.
