When I called the delivery person, he said the store only gave him 2 bags. When I called the store, they blamed the delivery person and said he didn’t deliver the 3rd bag. After so many calls and complaints, nothing was done — no replacement, no offer, no proper response. Instead, they told me to contact DoorDash customer support, which makes no sense because I ordered directly from the Pizza Hut app, not DoorDash. In the end, I lost my money and got no help. Very disappointing experience and zero accountability from Pizza Hut.
