However every single time we go there for Blizzards, at least half of the cup, no matter the size (we get only mini or small), is not mixed at all. It shouldn't be that difficult to fully mix a mini blizzard. We don't realize it until we get home.

- TETiffany EJun 7, 20171.0awful experience. i understand that the wait in the drive thru is a little long but i waited at least 15 minutes AT THE WINDOW, i then asked the "manager" a question about something that was clearly on their menu and she looked at me confused and had no idea. for someone who is wearing a managers badge i feel like you would know that type of question. it then took her a couple more minutes before she returned with the answer she had to ask someone else. got all my food and sat for another 3 or 4 minutes before SOMEONE ELSE had to ask what i was still waiting on. i said well i ordered meals with drinks and have no drinks. he apologized and got our drinks. in all i was there in the drive thru for about 20 minutes....
