Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     I’ve been coming to whataburger for years, and today was one of the first days in my entire life where the experience was just 10 out of 10 better yet 100 out of 100 thanks to the lady who took our order with the blonde hair and Jose. Exceptional customer service. Give this man a raise and her as well.

    The service Rochell gave me was amazing. She made sure that i had everything i needed with my order and also recommended things to try. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

    First my cashier Short change me 40 cents. Cashier Angle G, once I told her she short changed me, she said you want it. No apologies no worries 😉- Then after ordering 6 burgers and large French fries I noticed I was given 3 ketchups. So I went inside and grab 3 more ketchups. I get home and I noticed that I was missing a burger- This is really bad customer service, and seems like intentional burden.

    Today we decided to eat at Whataburger. Our go to burger place. I ordered 3 combo meals and an apple pie. The Dr. Pepper was weak sorry no picture to prove that but take my word for it. The Apple pie has something red in it and was stale. Now, Apple pies are a regular add on within our order. Never have we seen anything other than apple filling and crust that make up the Apple Pie. Has anyone else had this experience? From this point I suggest opening everything you eat. See the location in the photos provided. Too tired to return it so we decided to post the review.

    I’m not sure what’s happened to this location, but over the last couple of months the service has just been really bad. There’s been multiple occasions where our orders are wrong, even after clearly telling them what we want—even multiple times—in the drive-thru. One visit, I repeated myself two times because they kept asking me to repeat myself, and when they read my order back to me, it was wrong and I corrected them again. When we received our items, it was still wrong. We asked for large drinks, they made medium. We told them at the window, and the girl dumped the medium drinks into large cups and filled them up.. but since they hadn’t labeled the cups, the drinks got all mixed together. My boyfriend and I received half and half Coke and Dr Pepper. Tonight, it was the same thing. Repeated order several times. Received the wrong order at the window, and they remade it. But tragedy struck when we got home and I began to eat and I bit into my burger and there was HAIR IN IT. I HAD A STRAND OF SOMEONE ELSE’S HAIR IN MY FOOD AND MY MOUTH. It’s just atrocious. It genuinely ruined my mood. The ONLY reason this is not a one star is because they always have offered to remake our order. Although honestly after having SOMEONE’S HAIR IN MY MOUTH I don’t wanna come back here.
