I usually go to Brooklyn Pizza on Grand Parkway but decided to try something different. I arrived for pickup, no one was in the front then eventually a young man came out. Provided my name and he took the pizzas out the warming oven. I asked for pepper and parmesean packs and he said it's a 1.00 each as he proceeded to walk away. I said no worries since my purse was in the car. My daughter opened the boxes as o proceeded to take her back home and even at 12 years old was disgusted. The pizza was old and crunchy. I had one slice which taste and felt like cardboard. If I didn't have to return back to work I would of brought it back. Anyways, it went in the trash. Never again Pizza Hut. Matter of fact not just this location but I'm done with all locations. Fool me once and I'm done.

Everything was cooked perfectly, and you can tell care went into making it. Definitely hit the spot and I’d happily order again!
